The three weekly planner layouts

  • Seven-row week

One tall row per day (Monday–Sunday) split into three labelled columns, with a three-prompt box across the foot of the page.

  • Day boxes with goals

Three goal lines across the top, seven boxed days in a 4 + 3 grid with a faint hint in each, and a two-prompt review box at the bottom.

  • Weekly tracker table

Eight labelled rows against seven day columns of checkboxes, an optional totals column, and two short note sections underneath.

Any of these can be refilled with your own text in the generator.

About weekly Planner printables

Weekly planners give you a single view of seven days so you can place tasks, sessions, and targets before the week begins rather than reacting as it unfolds. The sheets here cover structured physical training across cardio, strength, and short-term body-composition goals. Each page is designed to be printed on standard A4 or US Letter paper and filled in by hand, with enough space to record real numbers rather than vague intentions.

How to use them

Start by identifying what you most need to track this week. If you are following a lifting programme, the Strength Training Weekly Log gives you space to record sets, reps, and loads for each session across the week. If your focus is aerobic fitness, the Weekly Cardio Training Plan lets you map out duration, distance, and intensity zone day by day. For a structured short-term phase aimed at reducing body weight while preserving performance, the 7-Day Cut Week Tracker keeps nutrition and training on the same page. Print one sheet per week, fill in your plan on the first day, then add actual results after each session.

What is here

There are 15 weekly Planner sheets on the site so far, across five topics: Fitness, Meal Planning, Cleaning, Study and Self-Care. Every topic gets the same three layouts — seven-row week, day boxes with goals and weekly tracker table — filled with headings, labels and prompts written for that topic, so a fitness sheet and a self-Care sheet share a page shape and nothing else.

For fitness: “Strength Training Weekly Log”, “Weekly Cardio Training Plan” and “7-Day Cut Week Tracker”.

For meal Planning: “Cook-Once Meal Plan”, “Use What You Have Week” and “Weekly Meal Prep Tracker”.

For cleaning: “Weekly Room-by-Room Clean”, “Deep-Clean Rotation Planner” and “Daily Cleaning Habits Tracker”.

For study: “Exam Revision Week Planner”, “Assignment Deadline Planner” and “Daily Study Block Tracker”.

For self-Care: “Daily Rest & Recovery Week”, “Boundaries & Recharge Week” and “Small Daily Self-Care Week”.

Questions

Can I use these weekly planner sheets if I am a complete beginner? Yes. The sheets record whatever numbers you enter, so a beginner simply fills in lighter loads or shorter durations than an experienced athlete would. The structure helps beginners build consistent habits rather than guessing what to do each day.

Do I need a printer that handles colour, or will black and white work? All sheets on this site are designed specifically for black-and-white home printing, so a standard monochrome inkjet or laser printer is all you need. No shading or colour coding is required to read or complete any section.

How many weeks of sheets should I print at once? Printing one week at a time keeps your plan current and lets you adjust the next sheet based on how the previous week went. If you prefer to plan a full training block in advance, printing four sheets at once covers a standard monthly cycle.
