About wedding printables
These sheets cover the practical side of planning a wedding: tracking vendors and contracts, managing the guest list, keeping the budget honest, and mapping out every task from first decisions through the day itself. They are designed to be printed, kept in a binder, and filled in by hand — useful whether you are planning a small gathering or a large ceremony, and whether the wedding is months away or a few weeks out.
How to use them
Start by identifying where you are in the process. If the wedding is still being planned, the Wedding Task Sprint Day planner helps you work through a concentrated block of to-dos in a single sitting — vendor calls, bookings, confirmations. If you have a day dedicated to contacting vendors, the Wedding Vendor Call Day sheet keeps notes from each conversation in one place. As the date approaches, print the Wedding Day Timeline and fill in each slot with real times and names so anyone helping on the day has a clear reference without needing to ask you.
What is here
Wedding has three printable sheets on the site in one format: daily Planner. Every one is written for wedding: planning a wedding: vendors, guest list, budget, timeline of tasks and the day-of schedule.
Daily Planner: “Wedding Day Timeline”, “Wedding Vendor Call Day” and “Wedding Task Sprint Day”.
Questions
Can I use these sheets without a wedding planner or coordinator? Yes — they are written for couples managing their own planning, though a coordinator or helpful family member can use the same sheets alongside you. The vendor call and timeline sheets in particular are designed so that someone other than the couple can pick them up and follow along on the day.
How far in advance should I start printing and filling in these sheets? The task sprint and vendor call sheets are useful as soon as you begin making decisions, which for most weddings is eight to twelve months out. The day-of timeline is best completed and finalized in the final two to three weeks, once all confirmed times and locations are locked in.
Do the sheets work for a wedding outside the United States? The sheets use neutral language and do not assume a specific country, currency, or legal structure, so they apply to weddings in any location. Where costs appear, write in your own currency; where times appear, the 24-hour or 12-hour format both fit in the provided fields.
