LifeSheets (lifesheets.org) is published by AdOpsRule LLC. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

License to use the printables

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and copy the printables on this site for personal and household use, for use in a classroom or school, and for use within your own workplace, club or volunteer group. Print as many copies as you need; no permission or attribution is required.

You may not:

• sell the printables, or include them in a product, bundle or course that is sold;
• republish the printables or the page text on another website, marketplace or app (link to the page instead);
• remove the site name from a printable and present it as your own work.

Sheets you make with the generator from your own text may be used on the same terms.

Content and AI assistance

The text on the sheets and pages is drafted with AI assistance (Claude, made by Anthropic) under editorial rules and published in fixed layouts. We make a genuine effort to keep it accurate and useful, but it may contain errors. Check a sheet before you rely on it, and tell us about any error so it can be corrected or removed.

Not professional advice

The printables are tools for writing things down. They are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and nothing printed on a sheet is a recommendation of what to record or what to do. Consult a qualified professional for decisions about health, money or law.

No warranty

The site and all printables are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdOpsRule LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its printables. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when these terms last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
