Questions

Are these sheets suitable for specialist or subject teachers, or only for primary class teachers? The layouts are format-based rather than age- or subject-specific, so a secondary science teacher can use the Lesson Delivery Day Planner just as readily as a primary class teacher. Fields like 'subject', 'year group', and 'learning objective' are left blank for you to fill in.

How should I store completed parent communication logs? Keep filled-in logs in a dated, locked or secured binder, as they may contain confidential information about students and families. Many schools require these records to be retained for a set number of years, so check your institution's data policy before disposing of them.

Can I use these sheets for a home education setting? Yes — the daily planner and lesson delivery sheets work well for home educators who want a structured record of what was covered each day. The parent communication log is less relevant in that context but can be repurposed as a notes log for outside tutors or specialists.
