Get in touch
One person reads this mail, so replies take a day or two rather than an hour. There is no form here — email is simpler for both of us.
The address is assembled in your browser rather than written into the page, which keeps it away from the crawlers that harvest addresses. If you have JavaScript turned off it will not appear.
What to write about
A problem on a sheet
A heading cut short, a checklist item that makes no sense for the topic, a box too small to write in. Send the sheet's address and what is wrong, and it will be corrected or the sheet pulled. This is the mail we most want to get.

A topic or format that is missing
If the topic you need has no sheet, or has a planner but no tracker, say which. Requests shape which rows of the matrix get filled next, and they are read.

Using the sheets
Printing for a class, a team, a clinic waiting room or a group of friends is all fine and needs no permission. Ask if you are unsure whether something is covered.
Email about this
Before you write
If the sheet you want is nearly on the site, the generator may be faster than an email: it opens any layout with the published text in the fields and lets you change all of it. How the site handles data is set out in the privacy policy; the short version is that it collects none.
