How the kinds differ
A planner lays out time — a day in hourly blocks, a week in rows, a month in a grid — and asks you to fill the blocks. A tracker turns the time axis into a row of boxes to tick, one per day, so the sheet shows a streak rather than a plan. A checklist has no time axis at all; it is a list of things that are either done or not, grouped by room, bag or phase. A log sheet is a table you add a row to each time something happens, whether that is a weigh-in, a feed or an oil change. A budget sheet is a log with arithmetic built into the columns. An inventory list is a checklist with quantities and locations. A journal page is mostly ruled lines under prompts.
Why three layouts of each
Every kind on this site comes in exactly three layouts, and every topic gets all three. That is deliberate: the same person wants a dense grid on some days and a sparse page with room to write on others, and a layout that suits a bills calendar suits a garden calendar just as well. The layouts are fixed and were proofed on Letter and A4 before anything was written into them; what changes between topics is only the text. If none of the three fits, the generator lets you refill any layout with your own headings and labels and download it in either paper size.
