The Daily Vitals and Symptom Log captures physical measurements and changes each day. The Caregiver Appointment Log keeps a running record of every clinical visit and what must happen next. Choosing between them

Start with the Daily Vitals and Symptom Log if the person in your care has a condition where changes in blood pressure, temperature, or pain level need to be noticed early and reported to a clinician. Add the Caregiver Appointment Log if there are multiple specialists or frequent visits, and you need one place to track what was decided and what follow-up is due. Reach for the Home Care Supply Tracker if you are managing wound dressings, continence products, or other consumables and cannot afford to run short.

What each sheet contains

“Daily Vitals & Symptom Log” is the dated table layout — a date column plus four labelled value columns and an optional notes column, 22 numbered rows, and a summary strip at the foot. Its column headings run to four entries, starting with “BP (mmHg)”, “Pulse (bpm)” and “Temp (°C/°F)”.

“Caregiver Appointment Log” is the two-column log layout — two side-by-side tables of date, value and note (18 rows each, 36 entries a page), with a target field across the top. Its labels include “Month / Year”, “Appt. Time” and “Outcome / Next Step”.

“Home Care Supply Tracker” is the notes and table layout — a 12-row date table with three value columns across the top, a large ruled notes area beneath it, and two summary fields at the foot. Its column headings run to three entries, starting with “Qty Used”, “Qty On Hand” and “Reorder By”.

Printing

Each of the three caregiving Log Sheet sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
