About these caregiving Inventory List sheets

These three printable sheets help family caregivers keep a clear, current record of the physical and human resources involved in home care. The Home Care Supplies Inventory tracks consumable items by quantity and storage location for weekly checks. The Care Equipment Inventory groups durable aids and devices by type to show what is on hand and what is still needed. The Care Team Contacts Inventory records every professional and support person alongside their availability and current status.

Choosing between them

Start with the Care Team Contacts Inventory if you are new to coordinating care and need a single place to record who does what before anything else. Add the Home Care Supplies Inventory once routine restocking becomes a weekly responsibility, particularly if more than one person shops or stores supplies. Use the Care Equipment Inventory when equipment has been prescribed or loaned and you need to track condition and ownership — especially useful when a person moves between hospital, rehabilitation, and home.

What each sheet contains

“Home Care Supplies Inventory” is the item table layout — eighteen pre-filled item rows plus four blank ones against three labelled columns (e.g. quantity, location, status) and an optional restock tick column. Its items run to 18 entries, starting with “Disposable gloves (size/type)”, “Disposable underpads (Chux)” and “Adult briefs / pull-ups (size)”.

“Care Equipment Inventory” is the grouped sections layout — four boxed groups in a 2 × 2 grid, each headed and holding six pre-filled items with 'have' and 'need' columns, and a notes box at the foot. Its group 1 items run to six entries, starting with “Rollator / walking frame”, “Wheelchair (manual)” and “Transfer / gait belt”.

“Care Team Contacts Inventory” is the blank grid with legend layout — a four-item status legend box at the top, 24 blank numbered rows against four labelled columns, and a summary field at the foot. Its column headings run to four entries, starting with “Name & Role”, “Phone / Fax” and “Availability”.

Printing

Each of the three caregiving Inventory List sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
