About these fitness Reward Chart sheets
These three printable reward charts help children build a regular movement habit by making progress visible on paper. The "Kids Active Week Chart" tracks five daily habits across fourteen days using a star grid. "30 Workouts Done" focuses on a single long-term goal, marking off circles session by session until thirty are complete. "After-School Move Points" scores six specific tasks each afternoon and logs results row by row over time.
Choosing between them
Choose the "Kids Active Week Chart" if you want to build several small habits at once — drinking water, stretching, playing outside — and need a two-week structure to make them stick. Choose "30 Workouts Done" if your child has one clear goal, such as completing thirty runs or swim sessions, and needs a simple visual countdown to stay motivated over weeks. Choose "After-School Move Points" if activity happens in a consistent after-school window and you want scored tasks that reward effort in proportion to what was done.
What each sheet contains
“Kids Active Week Chart” is the star grid layout — five goals down the side with fourteen circles across each row to colour in or sticker, a name line at the top, an optional stars-earned column and a reward box at the foot. Its goal labels run to five entries, starting with “10 min walk, jog or bike ride”, “15 bodyweight exercises (squats/jumps)” and “Active play outside for 20 min”.
“30 Workouts Done” is the single goal layout — one goal written large at the top, thirty big numbered circles in three rows of ten with milestone rings at 10, 20 and 30, three milestone reward lines and a big-reward box at the foot. Its milestone labels run to three entries, starting with “10 workouts: choose tonight's dinner”, “20 workouts: pick a fun family activity” and “30 workouts: earn your big reward below”.
“After-School Move Points” is the points ledger layout — a points menu of six tasks and their values in a box at the top, a name and saving-up-for line, then a sixteen-row ledger of date, task, points earned and running total. Its menu items run to six entries, starting with “Walk or bike to school — 3 pts”, “10-min jog or run — 4 pts” and “15-min skipping or jumping jacks — 3 pts”.
Printing
Each of the three fitness Reward Chart sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
