About these fitness Weekly Planner sheets

These three sheets cover a week of training from different angles. The Strength Training Weekly Log centres on exercises, weights, and sets for lifters working through a structured programme. The Weekly Cardio Training Plan tracks session type, duration, and effort for aerobic-focused training. The 7-Day Cut Week Tracker takes a broader view, combining workouts with calories, protein, steps, hydration, and sleep for people in a deliberate fat-loss phase. All three include an end-of-week review section.

Choosing between them

If your sessions revolve around barbells, dumbbells, or machines and you need to record exactly what you lifted each day, use the Strength Training Weekly Log. If you are building an aerobic base — running, cycling, rowing, or similar — and want to set targets before each session, the Weekly Cardio Training Plan fits better. If you are in a cut phase where bodyweight, nutrition, and recovery all need monitoring alongside training, the 7-Day Cut Week Tracker gives you the fuller picture in one place.

What each sheet contains

“Strength Training Weekly Log” is the seven-row week layout — one tall row per day (Monday–Sunday) split into three labelled columns, with a three-prompt box across the foot of the page. Its column headings run to three entries, starting with “Exercise / Sets / Reps”, “Weight Used (kg / lb)” and “Notes & How It Felt”.

“Weekly Cardio Training Plan” is the day boxes with goals layout — three goal lines across the top, seven boxed days in a 4 + 3 grid with a faint hint in each, and a two-prompt review box at the bottom. Its goal prompts run to three entries, starting with “Total cardio minutes this week”, “Target heart-rate zone to hit” and “One technique or pace to work on”.

“7-Day Cut Week Tracker” is the weekly tracker table layout — eight labelled rows against seven day columns of checkboxes, an optional totals column, and two short note sections underneath. Its row labels run to eight entries, starting with “Morning fasted cardio done”, “Resistance session completed” and “Protein target hit (g / oz)”.

Printing

Each of the three fitness Weekly Planner sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
