About these chores & Kids Habit Tracker sheets

All three sheets help children build consistent tidying and chore habits through structured, repeatable tracking — but they work at different scales. The Kids Daily Chore Tracker covers ten tasks across a full month for one child aged 5–12. The Family Chore Rotation Chart organises eight shared household jobs across a week for multiple children. My Bedtime Tidy Habit narrows the focus to a single end-of-day routine, adding reflection and recovery prompts.

Choosing between them

Start with My Bedtime Tidy Habit if your child struggles with one specific routine and needs a gentle, focused approach before tackling more. Move to the Kids Daily Chore Tracker once they are ready for a broader set of daily responsibilities across a full month. Choose the Family Chore Rotation Chart if you have two or more children and the main problem is fairness — who does what, and when — rather than building a new habit from scratch.

What each sheet contains

“Kids Daily Chore Tracker” is the 30-day grid layout — ten labelled habit rows against 31 numbered day columns of tick boxes, an optional totals column, and a notes box at the foot. Its habit labels run to ten entries, starting with “Make bed”, “Put dirty clothes in basket” and “Tidy bedroom floor”.

“Family Chore Rotation Chart” is the weekly grid layout — eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week. Its habit labels run to eight entries, starting with “Set & clear the dinner table”, “Wash or dry the dishes” and “Sweep / vacuum one room”.

“My Bedtime Tidy Habit” is the single habit layout — one habit written large at the top, 31 big numbered day boxes in rows of seven, a 'why this matters' box, a 'when I slip' box and three milestone lines. Its milestone labels run to three entries, starting with “7 nights”, “14 nights” and “30 nights”.

Printing

Each of the three chores & Kids Habit Tracker sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
