About these study Habit Tracker sheets

These three printable trackers cover different scales of study habit monitoring. The Daily Study Habit Tracker gives you a 30-day overview of ten habits at once, from active recall to sleep. The Exam Revision Week Tracker narrows the focus to an eight-habit weekly grid with a built-in reflection section, designed for exam preparation periods. The Active Recall Practice Tracker isolates one habit — daily self-testing — across 30 days for students working to replace passive re-reading.

Choosing between them

Use the Daily Study Habit Tracker if you want a broad picture of your study routines across a full month and are not under immediate exam pressure. Switch to the Exam Revision Week Tracker in the four to six weeks before a set of exams, when you need tighter weekly accountability and a space to reflect on what revision is actually working. Choose the Active Recall Practice Tracker if your only goal right now is to make self-testing a daily habit in one or several subjects, regardless of exam schedule.

What each sheet contains

“Daily Study Habit Tracker” is the 30-day grid layout — ten labelled habit rows against 31 numbered day columns of tick boxes, an optional totals column, and a notes box at the foot. Its habit labels run to ten entries, starting with “Reviewed yesterday's notes”, “Completed today's reading” and “Practiced active recall”.

“Exam Revision Week Tracker” is the weekly grid layout — eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week. Its habit labels run to eight entries, starting with “Reviewed yesterday's notes”, “Completed scheduled past paper” and “Memorised flashcard set (min. 20)”.

“Active Recall Practice Tracker” is the single habit layout — one habit written large at the top, 31 big numbered day boxes in rows of seven, a 'why this matters' box, a 'when I slip' box and three milestone lines. Its milestone labels run to three entries, starting with “7 days”, “14 days” and “30 days”.

Printing

Each of the three study Habit Tracker sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
