Who this sheet is for

This certificate is for a student who has worked through every session on a structured study schedule without skipping a block — it marks consistent follow-through, not exam performance. Unlike the Exam Preparation Certificate, which recognizes readiness for a specific test, this one recognizes the discipline of sticking to a planned schedule from start to finish.

What this sheet is for

This certificate is for the moment a student closes their study schedule and can honestly say they followed it all the way through. It suits a parent marking the end of a holiday study plan, a tutor recognizing a student who turned up to every booked session, or a teacher celebrating a class that stuck to a shared schedule in the weeks before assessments.

How to use it

Write the student's name on the boxed name line beneath 'This certifies that'. The achievement line already reads 'has completed every session on their study schedule', so it needs no editing. Use the detail line below to add the specific schedule period or subject set if you want — for example 'covering math, science and English over three weeks'. Fill in the date the schedule ended, then collect signatures on the Teacher / Tutor and Parent / Guardian lines. Press a gold star sticker into the circular seal before handing it over.

What is printed on the page

“Study Champion Certificate” is laid out as kids playful: a thick rounded frame with a dashed inner line and a star in each corner, a big title, 'Awarded to' over a boxed name line, the achievement and detail lines, a large star for a sticker, and date and signature lines along the foot. Landscape. Under the title it reads “Awarded for completing a full study schedule”, and the line at the foot of the page says “Stick this somewhere you study to remind yourself that steady, planned study leads to real results.”.

The remaining labels on “Study Champion Certificate”, the study sheet, are “This certifies that” for the presented label, “has completed every session on their study schedule” for the achievement line, “working through all subjects on schedule without skipping a block” for the detail line, “Date completed” for the date label, “Teacher / Tutor” for the signature label and “Parent / Guardian” for the second signature label.

Two things about this particular kids playful are settings rather than text, and “Study Champion Certificate” has them set like this. Two signatures is on: two signature lines instead of one. Seal is on: print an empty circular seal for a sticker or a stamp.

Tips

Write the exact subjects covered on the detail line so the certificate reflects the student's specific schedule, not a generic one.

Present the certificate on the day the schedule ends, not after results arrive, to reward the effort and the process.

Keep a photograph of the completed schedule alongside this certificate as a record of the planning work done.

The other layouts in this set

“Study Champion Certificate” is one of three sheets in this set, each a different fixed layout filled for the same topic. “Exam Preparation Certificate” uses the classic border layout and “Focused Study Session Award” uses the modern band layout. Pick by how you work: the layout decides how much you write and where, not what the sheet is about.

Step by step

  1. Award this certificate after a student completes every scheduled study block — not at exam time, but when the full schedule has been followed without a missed session.
  2. Write the student's name on the boxed name line beneath 'This certifies that'.
  3. Leave the achievement line and detail line as printed, since they already describe completing every session on schedule.
  4. Fill in the date on the 'Date completed' line and collect signatures on the 'Teacher / Tutor' and 'Parent / Guardian' lines.
  5. Let the student choose a sticker for the large star, then have them post the certificate somewhere in their study space as the footer tip suggests.

Example entry

Beneath 'This certifies that,' the name line reads 'Jordan Mills.' The printed 'achievement_line' reads 'has completed every session on their study schedule' and the 'detail_line' reads 'working through all subjects on schedule without skipping a block.' The 'Date completed' line shows 'May 16, 2025,' with signatures from a tutor and a parent.

Questions about this sheet

What paper size should I use to print this?

The certificate is landscape orientation, so print it on standard US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches) with your printer set to landscape mode.

Can I fill in the name on a computer before printing, or should I handwrite it?

Either works — type the name into the field before printing for a cleaner look, or print a blank copy and write neatly in pen on the boxed name line.

Can I use this certificate more than once for the same student?

Yes, just print a fresh copy each time a student completes a new study schedule, and fill in the updated date and signatures.
