About these self-Care Weekly Planner sheets

These three printable weekly planners approach self-care from different angles, so one is likely a closer fit for where you are right now. Daily Rest & Recovery Week tracks sleep, gentle movement, and quiet time across seven rows, closing with a short written reflection. Boundaries & Recharge Week helps adults dealing with burnout log the limits they set each day and protect recharge time. Small Daily Self-Care Week is a simple checkbox table for eight recurring habits you want to keep consistent.

Choosing between them

Choose Daily Rest & Recovery Week if your body or mind is run down and you need to monitor basic restoration — sleep quality, low-intensity movement, stillness. Choose Boundaries & Recharge Week if your main struggle is overcommitment: saying yes too often, losing evenings to other people's demands, or returning to work without having properly stopped. Choose Small Daily Self-Care Week if you are not in crisis but want to build a light, steady routine — ticking off eight small habits each morning or evening until they stick.

What each sheet contains

“Daily Rest & Recovery Week” is the seven-row week layout — one tall row per day (Monday–Sunday) split into three labelled columns, with a three-prompt box across the foot of the page. Its column headings run to three entries, starting with “Rest & Sleep”, “Body & Movement” and “Mind & Quiet Time”.

“Boundaries & Recharge Week” is the day boxes with goals layout — three goal lines across the top, seven boxed days in a 4 + 3 grid with a faint hint in each, and a two-prompt review box at the bottom. Its goal prompts run to three entries, starting with “One boundary I will hold”, “One habit I will not skip” and “One thing I will say no to”.

“Small Daily Self-Care Week” is the weekly tracker table layout — eight labelled rows against seven day columns of checkboxes, an optional totals column, and two short note sections underneath. Its row labels run to eight entries, starting with “Morning routine kept”, “20 min outdoors / fresh air” and “Body movement (any kind)”.

Printing

Each of the three self-Care Weekly Planner sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
