About these self-Care Daily Planner sheets
These three printable planners each approach self-care differently, so you can match the sheet to the kind of day you actually need. The Rest & Recovery Day Planner works through the day hour by hour, giving structure to body, mind, and boundary intentions. The Daily Self-Care Check-In builds around four habit areas you return to each day. The Quiet Day for Yourself holds space open deliberately, anchoring a loose day with a focus prompt and a short list of basics.
Choosing between them
Reach for the Rest & Recovery Day Planner when you are depleted and need a clear, hour-by-hour plan to stop defaulting to productivity. Use the Daily Self-Care Check-In if you are building a routine from scratch and want a repeatable structure that tracks movement, rest, boundaries, and physical needs day after day. Choose the Quiet Day for Yourself when you have protected time — a day off, a slow weekend morning, a recovery period — and you want to preserve its unscheduled quality rather than fill every slot.
What each sheet contains
“Rest & Recovery Day Planner” is the time-blocked day layout — hourly schedule column 6am–9pm on the left; top-three priorities, a to-do checklist and a notes box on the right. Its priority prompts run to three entries, starting with “One thing my body needs today”, “One thing my mind needs today” and “One boundary I will hold today”.
“Daily Self-Care Check-In” is the three sections layout — three stacked, labelled sections of checkbox lines (e.g. morning, midday, evening), a tick-off tracker strip of eight items and a two-line reflection at the foot. Its tracker items run to eight entries, starting with “8 glasses water”, “20 min outside” and “Moved body”.
“Quiet Day for Yourself” is the focus page layout — a large single-focus box across the top, three numbered must-dos and six could-do checkboxes on the left, a five-habit checklist and a notes area on the right. Its habit labels run to five entries, starting with “Drank enough water”, “Moved my body” and “10 min outside / daylight”.
Printing
Each of the three self-Care Daily Planner sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
