About these self-Care Monthly Calendar sheets
These three printable calendars share a common purpose — giving you a simple, paper-based way to stay consistent with the small daily practices that support rest, energy, and wellbeing. They differ in how they organise that tracking. The Daily Rest & Recovery Log uses a classic month grid. Monthly Self-Care Boundaries pairs a grid with a sidebar for reflection. Daily Recharge Habit Tracker lists each day in a single column, ending with a monthly review.
Choosing between them
Choose the Daily Rest & Recovery Log if you want a quick visual overview of how your month looked across several self-care areas at once. Choose Monthly Self-Care Boundaries if protecting your energy is your current priority — particularly if you are managing overwhelm or learning to say no — and you want space to note what worked. Choose the Daily Recharge Habit Tracker if you are building a new habit from scratch and need the structure of ticking off each day, with room to reflect at the end of the month.
What each sheet contains
“Daily Rest & Recovery Log” is the classic month grid layout — a full-width 7 × 6 month grid with a date corner in every cell and three labelled boxes across the foot (e.g. key dates, goals, notes). Its box headings run to three entries, starting with “Boundaries I set this month”, “Recovery goals” and “What helped most”.
“Monthly Self-Care Boundaries” is the grid with sidebar layout — a 7 × 6 month grid taking two-thirds of the width, with a sidebar of four goal lines, a six-item checklist and a reminder box. Its checklist items run to six entries, starting with “Decline one draining request”, “Schedule one solo outdoor hour” and “Turn off screens by 9 pm once”.
“Daily Recharge Habit Tracker” is the day list layout — days 1–31 as two columns of numbered writing lines, a 'focus this month' box at the top and a two-prompt review at the bottom. Its review prompts run to two entries, starting with “Which days felt hardest to show up for yourself, and why?” and “What one practice made the biggest difference this month?”.
Printing
Each of the three self-Care Monthly Calendar sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
