About these self-Care Habit Tracker sheets

These three printable sheets help adults track the small, recurring practices that support physical and mental well-being: sleep, movement, time away from screens, boundaries, and restorative activities. "Daily Self-Care Check-In" covers five habits across a full thirty days. "Rest and Recharge Week" compresses the same territory into a single week, suited to high-demand periods. "Screen-Free Hour Daily" focuses on one habit only, logged across thirty-one days.

Choosing between them

Choose "Daily Self-Care Check-In" if you want a broad month-long picture of how several habits are holding up together. Choose "Rest and Recharge Week" if you are in a particularly pressured stretch — a busy work period, illness recovery, or a family crisis — and need a short, focused reset rather than a long commitment. Choose "Screen-Free Hour Daily" if you already have a reasonable routine but want to carve out one protected hour each day and need simple daily accountability to make it stick.

What each sheet contains

“Daily Self-Care Check-In” is the 30-day grid layout — ten labelled habit rows against 31 numbered day columns of tick boxes, an optional totals column, and a notes box at the foot. Its habit labels run to ten entries, starting with “7–9 hrs sleep”, “Drank 6–8 glasses water” and “Moved body 20+ min”.

“Rest & Recharge Week” is the weekly grid layout — eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week. Its habit labels run to eight entries, starting with “In bed by target time”, “No screens 30 min before bed” and “20+ min of movement”.

“Screen-Free Hour Daily” is the single habit layout — one habit written large at the top, 31 big numbered day boxes in rows of seven, a 'why this matters' box, a 'when I slip' box and three milestone lines. Its milestone labels run to three entries, starting with “Day 7”, “Day 21” and “Day 31”.

Printing

Each of the three self-Care Habit Tracker sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
