About these bills Monthly Calendar sheets
All three sheets help you track household bills through a single month without relying on apps or online accounts. The Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker maps due dates across a calendar grid so you can see the whole month at once. The Monthly Bill Payment Log records what you paid and builds a running total. Bill Amounts Due This Month works day by day, capturing figures as statements arrive. Each sheet suits a different way of working.
Choosing between them
Choose the Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker if your main concern is missing a due date — the grid shows gaps and clusters at a glance. Choose the Monthly Bill Payment Log if you want a clear record of what has already left your account and a month-end total for budgeting. Choose Bill Amounts Due This Month if several of your bills vary each month — energy, water, phone — and you need to write down the amount the day the statement arrives before filing or paying it.
What each sheet contains
“Monthly Bill Due Date Tracker” is the classic month grid layout — a full-width 7 × 6 month grid with a date corner in every cell and three labelled boxes across the foot (e.g. key dates, goals, notes). Its box headings run to three entries, starting with “Bills Due This Month”, “Month-End Total” and “Missed or Late Bills”.
“Monthly Bill Payment Log” is the grid with sidebar layout — a 7 × 6 month grid taking two-thirds of the width, with a sidebar of four goal lines, a six-item checklist and a reminder box. Its checklist items run to six entries, starting with “All bills marked paid”, “Late fees reviewed” and “Paper bills filed”.
“Bill Amounts Due This Month” is the day list layout — days 1–31 as two columns of numbered writing lines, a 'focus this month' box at the top and a two-prompt review at the bottom. Its review prompts run to two entries, starting with “Actual total paid vs. budgeted amount — difference:” and “Which bill changed most from last month, and why:”.
Printing
Each of the three bills Monthly Calendar sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
