What this sheet is for
This sheet is for people who notice their energy dropping before they notice the reason why. It targets the specific habits that tend to slip first under pressure — consistent sleep timing, time outside, protecting leisure, and the small act of saying no. Reach for it at the start of a week when you want to be deliberate rather than reactive about looking after yourself.
How to use it
Write the Monday date in the 'Week of' field. Each morning, glance at the eight habit rows and keep the sheet somewhere visible. Tick a box the same day you complete the habit — do not back-fill. At the end of the week, count your longest unbroken run for any single habit and record it in 'Best streak this week'. Then spend five minutes with the 'End-of-week reflection' prompts: they ask you to identify difficulty, notice a high point, and name one concrete adjustment. That last step is what turns observation into change.
What is printed on the page
“Rest & Recharge Week” is laid out as weekly grid: eight habit rows against seven day columns of large tick boxes, a streak count box, and a three-prompt reflection for the week. Under the title it reads “Track the habits that prevent burnout and restore your energy each day.”, and the line at the foot of the page says “Missing one day does not break the habit. Tick what you did, leave the rest blank, and continue tomorrow.”.
The habit labels slot holds eight entries — “In bed by target time”, “No screens 30 min before bed”, “20+ min of movement”, “15+ min outdoors / daylight” and “One meal eaten without rushing” and three more — so the sheet is already filled in for self care rather than left as blank rows to label yourself.
The reflection prompts slot holds three entries — “Which habit felt hardest to keep, and why?”, “When did you feel most restored this week?” and “One small change to make next week:” — so the sheet is already filled in for self care rather than left as blank rows to label yourself.
The remaining labels on the page are “Week of” for the week label, “Best streak this week” for the streak heading and “End-of-week reflection” for the reflection heading.
Two things about this particular weekly grid are settings rather than text, and “Rest & Recharge Week” has them set like this. Start sunday is off: start the week on Sunday instead of Monday. Reflection box is on: include the reflection box at the foot.
Tips
Pair the sheet with a fixed spot — pinned to the bathroom mirror or inside a planner — so checking it becomes automatic.
Treat the 'Said no to an optional demand' row as a success row; ticking it means you protected your capacity that day.
Use the reflection prompts on Sunday evening before writing next week's intentions, so the two sessions inform each other.
The other layouts in this set
“Rest & Recharge Week” is one of three sheets in this set, each a different fixed layout filled for the same topic. “Daily Self-Care Check-In” uses the 30-day grid layout and “Screen-Free Hour Daily” uses the single habit layout. Pick by how you work: the layout decides how much you write and where, not what the sheet is about.
