About these teacher & Classroom Daily Planner sheets

All three sheets help classroom teachers move through a school day with less mental load and better records. The Teacher's Classroom Day Planner structures the full day hour by hour, from first bell to last admin task. The Parent Communication Daily Log keeps every message and callback in one auditable place. The Lesson Delivery Day Planner keeps attention on instruction itself, class by class. Each sheet handles a distinct layer of the teaching day.

Choosing between them

If your day constantly fragments between lessons, duties, and follow-ups and you need one sheet to hold all of it, start with the Teacher's Classroom Day Planner. If parent calls and messages are slipping through the gaps or you need a written record for safeguarding or disputes, use the Parent Communication Daily Log on its own or alongside the others. If you teach multiple classes and your main pressure is delivering lessons consistently and noting what to adjust, the Lesson Delivery Day Planner is the right tool.

What each sheet contains

“Teacher's Classroom Day Planner” is the time-blocked day layout — hourly schedule column 6am–9pm on the left; top-three priorities, a to-do checklist and a notes box on the right. Its priority prompts run to three entries, starting with “Lesson or unit goal to hit today”, “Student needing follow-up action” and “Admin or comms task to complete”.

“Parent Communication Daily Log” is the three sections layout — three stacked, labelled sections of checkbox lines (e.g. morning, midday, evening), a tick-off tracker strip of eight items and a two-line reflection at the foot. Its tracker items run to eight entries, starting with “Inbox cleared”, “Calls logged” and “Emails sent”.

“Lesson Delivery Day Planner” is the focus page layout — a large single-focus box across the top, three numbered must-dos and six could-do checkboxes on the left, a five-habit checklist and a notes area on the right. Its habit labels run to five entries, starting with “Posted learning objectives”, “Checked prior knowledge” and “Used exit ticket / check”.

Printing

Each of the three teacher & Classroom Daily Planner sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
