About these study Monthly Calendar sheets
These three printable sheets cover a full month of study planning, each from a different angle. The Exam Revision Monthly Planner gives you a classic grid to mark exam dates and subject sessions at a glance. The Assignment Deadline Tracker pairs a monthly calendar with a sidebar for deadline reminders and goals. The Monthly Subject Focus Log works day by day, recording which subjects and topics you actually studied rather than what you planned.
Choosing between them
Use the Exam Revision Monthly Planner when a set of exams is approaching and you need to block out revision sessions around fixed dates. Switch to the Assignment Deadline Tracker if your month is driven by coursework submissions and you need to see due dates without losing sight of broader goals. Choose the Monthly Subject Focus Log if your priority is honest record-keeping — knowing at the end of the month whether you gave each subject enough attention, based on what you actually did each day.
What each sheet contains
“Exam Revision Monthly Planner” is the classic month grid layout — a full-width 7 × 6 month grid with a date corner in every cell and three labelled boxes across the foot (e.g. key dates, goals, notes). Its box headings run to three entries, starting with “Exam & submission dates”, “Revision targets” and “Gaps to revisit”.
“Assignment Deadline Tracker” is the grid with sidebar layout — a 7 × 6 month grid taking two-thirds of the width, with a sidebar of four goal lines, a six-item checklist and a reminder box. Its checklist items run to six entries, starting with “All drafts submitted on time”, “Feedback collected & filed” and “Reading list updated”.
“Monthly Subject Focus Log” is the day list layout — days 1–31 as two columns of numbered writing lines, a 'focus this month' box at the top and a two-prompt review at the bottom. Its review prompts run to two entries, starting with “Which subject got the least time, and why?” and “What study habit worked best this month?”.
Printing
Each of the three study Monthly Calendar sheets downloads as a PDF in US Letter or A4 from its own page, laid out in black and white so it prints on any home or office printer. Nothing on the page is carried by colour, the fields are sized for handwriting, and the same layout can be refilled with your own labels in the generator.
