What this sheet is for

Most parents start thinking about the hospital bag around week 34 and then second-guess every item they put in. This sheet gives you four clear sections covering every person going to the hospital — baby, mother, and whoever is there as birth support — so you can tick off what is ready and spot the gaps in one look.

How to use it

Work through each of the four sections in turn. For Baby — Clothing covers the first outfits and the all-important going-home set. For Baby — Care and Feeding lists nappies, wipes, and feeding supplies. For Mother covers post-birth clothing, maternity pads, and snacks to sustain labour. For Partner covers their overnight needs and the practical items, including the birth plan and car-seat check, that are easy to forget. Mark each row as Packed or Still Need, then use the Last-Minute Reminders box for anything that cannot go in until the day you leave.
